CORONADO, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2023) - Cmdr. Warren H. Fogler, the oncoming Commanding Officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Three, receives his command pin from his wife during the change of command ceremony onboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. As a component of EOD Group One, EODMU-3 provides EOD platoons to eliminate hazards from aviation, surface, ground, underwater and improvised ordnance.
