CORONADO, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2023) - Cmdr. Andrew C. Serfass, the outgoing commander of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Three (EODMU-3), delivers remarks during his change of command ceremony onboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. As a component of EOD Group One, EODMU-3 provides EOD platoons to eliminate hazards from aviation, surface, ground, underwater and improvised ordnance.
