A Samarra Rescue Comittee member fires his AK-47 assault rifle at a range at Forward Operating Base Seven, Feb. 14, while Sgt. James Spiller, Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, watches to ensure he does so safely. The SRC members were placed in Samarra two days later in an attempt to help the security situation in the strategic northern-Iraqi city.
