Command Sgt. Major Charles M. Tobin imparts his words of wisdom to class 13-702 Third Army's warrior leader course at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Nov. 19. The Third Army NCO Academy teaches the warrior leader course, a foundational leadership course that every sergeant in the U.S. Army is required to attend. "I say three things when I wake up every morning: my prayers, the NCO creed and the Soldiers creed. Everything you need to be a good leader is in those creeds.
