Third Army warrior leader course class 13-702 stands at attention as they wait to be dismissed from their graduation ceremony. The Third Army NCO Academy teaches the warrior leader course, a foundational leadership course that every sergeant in the U.S. Army is required to attend. "I say three things when I wake up every morning: my prayers, the NCO creed and the soldiers creed. Everything you need to be a good leader is in those creeds.
