Engineman 2nd Class Phillip Smith and Damage Controlman 3rd Class Logan Sellers, both assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Antonio (LPD 17), monitor a suction hose of a P-100 dewatering pump at Freedom Island, N.Y. San Antonio has been tasked to assist in the dewatering of buildings damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
