  • In January, soldiers with 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division (4/10) at Fort Polk, La., receive Joint tactical Radio System Enterprise Network Manager (JENM) outcomes-based training as part of the unit’s Capability Set (CS) 13 New Equipment Training (NET). Following several months of rigorous training, both brigades are slated to deploy with CS 13 systems later this year.
