Estonian Army Lt. Col. Peeter Tali, an Estonian media relations officer for Multi-National Corps - Iraq and the most senior-ranking Estonian officer currently serving in Iraq, presents an Estonian dagger to Honolulu, Hawaii, native Spc. Roy Loucks, a mortarman attached to Troop B, 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, during an award ceremony on Camp Taji, Iraq, Dec. 3. The specialist received the dagger in appreciation for his work with Estonian Platoon 15. Loucks and other Troop B Soldiers often patrol the streets of Sab Al Bor, Iraq with their Estonian and Iraqi security force counterparts.
