Out of the Darkness Walk

U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Gregory Lambert, 633rd Medical Support Squadron nutrition medical flight noncommissioned officer in charge, learns to fold an origami paper crane during the Out of the Darkness Walk, which promoted suicide awareness, at Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach, Va., Sept. 8, 2012. The Survivors of Suicide Group, who helped sponsor the event, adopted the crane to express the spirit of participation and hope for peace.
