U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Oswaldo Rosado, Maritime Civil Affairs Team 216 logistics chief, dances with locals during a Medical Civic Action Program, or MEDCAP, in Tswaka, Kenya, Aug. 26, 2012. Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, or CJTF-HOA, was involved in the MEDCAP. CJTF-HOA participates in many MEDCAPs across East Africa, aiming to strengthen the capabilities of community health workers, enhance overall community health, provide medical care to under served communities and develop trust and confidence with partner nations.
