Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, or CJTF-HOA, was involved in the MEDCAP. CJTF-HOA participates in many MEDCAPs across East Africa, aiming to strengthen the capabilities of community health workers, enhance overall community health, provide medical care to underserved communities and develop trust and confidence with partner nations.
