Staff Sgt. Tito Stephen, of Okolona, Miss., directs the unloading of a track hoe in a staging area to repair a failing dam at Percy Quinn State Park near the Miss./La. state line near McComb, Miss. Officials in Tangipahoa Parish, La. fear that the water from the dam could flow into rivers swollen from the effects of Hurricane Isaac and cause homes to flood in the area. Stephen is a member of the 858th Horizontal Engineering Company based in Calhoun City, Miss.
