U.S. Navy Capt. Douglas Young, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa comptroller, discusses renovations and upgrades with Marie-Pierre Lloyd, Seychelles Minister of Health, after a dedication ceremony, Nov. 13. The sewing center renovation project partnered CJTF-HOA, U.S. State Department and Seychelles Ministry of Health personnel for nearly six months. The center serves the entire nation of Seychelles and currently provides rehabilitation services to approximately 200 children.
