U.S. Air Force Capt. Gregory Morissette, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa civil engineer, presents a certificate of appreciation to a local building company representative, Nov. 13. The company worked in conjunction with CJTF-HOA, U.S. State Department and the Seychelles Ministry of Health and Social Development, to renovate a rehabilitation sewing center for handicapped children on Mahe Island, Seychelles. The center serves the entire nation of Seychelles and currently provides services to approximately 200 children.
