Female U.S. service members and civilians surround Afghan Brig. Gen. Khatool Mohammadzai after her well-received speech at the USFOR-A Women's Equality Day event held at the New Kabul Compound in Afghanistan, Aug. 26. Mohammadzai is the highest ranking female in the Afghan army, is a paratrooper with more than 500 jumps under her belt, and is a black belt in several martial arts. She spoke to more than 100 USFOR-A personnel, as well as the civilian female workforce.
