Civil Air Patrol Cadet 2nd Lt. Patrick Cussen, of Johnstown, Colo., begins an orienteering course at Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center, during the Wyoming Wing, Civil Air Patrol Encampment, Aug. 7, 2012. The encampment is an opportunity for new CAP cadets to learn skills, while more experienced cadets serve as the encampment’s staff, under the supervision of adult CAP members.
