Shane Williams, of Colorado Springs, Colo., assigned as a U.S. Air Force-Civil Air Patrol Liaison during the Wyoming Wing, Civil Air Patrol Encampment, Aug. 7, 2012, at Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center, Wyo. The encampment is an opportunity for new CAP cadets to learn skills, while more experienced cadets serve as the encampment’s staff, under the supervision of adult CAP members.
