Troopers from the 178th Engineer Company out of Fort Polk, La., treat a 'survivor' of a simulated nuclear-blast area during the Vibrant Response 13 field training exercise at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., July 26. The rescue technicians were responsible for treating and evacuating role-players, acting as survivors, during the man-made disaster-training venue.
