Lt. Gen. Vincent K. Brooks, commanding general of Third Army, passed the flag to Maj. Gen. Steven Smith, the new commanding general of 335th Signal Command during the ceremony for 335th Signal Command (Theater) (Provisional) change of command ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 20. Brig. Gen. Kaifiia Jones marked the end of her command with the 335th Signal Command, Third Army, during a change of command in a gymnasium of over 200 civilians and service members.
