Members of the Search and Extraction Team from the PR-CERFP, Spc. Miguel Gomez and Spc. Rafael Andino, transport one of the "victims" to safer grounds during a search and rescue mission part of the Vigilant Guard Exercise at Salem, Ore. The Puerto Rico National Guard Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package went through an emergency response training, in which they sharpened their emergency assistance skills. The PR CERFP is comprised of airmen and soldiers from different units, but the majority of them are from the 1st Battalion, 65th Infantry Regiment.
