Brashear, the first African-American master diver and first U.S. Navy diver to be restored to full active-duty service as an amputee. CJTF-HOA coalition officers work alongside their U.S. counterparts at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, to foster relations with their international partners and East African nations.
