Lt. Col. Merab Kikabidze, director of the Joint Staff, Ministry of Defense, Georgian Armed Forces, addresses the Black Sea Rotational Force and soldiers from the 4th Infantry Brigade, Georgian Land Forces, during the opening ceremony of Operation Agile Spirit on Vaziani Training Area in Georgia, March 12. The six-month deployment involves training exercises with 19 nations planned throughout the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucusus regions.
