    101st Air Refueling Wing

Senior Master Sgt. Dan Moore (on left) of 101st Air Refueling Wing Safety Office performs a spot inspection of the Petroleum, Oils and Lubricant section with Staff Sgt. Zach Bonawitz (on right) and Master Sgt. Mike Bogan (middle). During the winter months in Maine these inspections help ensure airmen are not put at risk. This is done by evaluating the high risk areas frequently accessed and making sure environmental hazards such as snow and ice do not impact the mission. Fuel storage tanks and equipment require frequent inspections and often times the winter weather provides less than desirable conditions.
