SMSgt Dan Moore of 101st ARW Safety Office performs a spot inspection of the Petroleum, Oils and Lubricant section with SSgt Zach Bonawitz and MSgt Mike Bogan. During the winter months in Maine these inspections help ensure Airman are not put at risk. This is done by evaluating the high risk areas frequently accessed and making sure environmental hazards such as snow and ice do not impact the mission. Fuel storage tanks and equipment require frequent inspections and often times the winter weather provides less than desirable conditions.
