US, Guyana Defense Forces reinforce friendship, cement partnership during Exercise Fused Response 2012

Through the use of a night vision device, a member of the 7th Special Forces Group scans his sector while Guyana Defense Force soldiers exit a helicopter during a nighttime training exercise while participating in Exercise Fused Response 2012, in the town of Maukuria, outside of Georgetown., March 8. The 10-day exercise, which began March 1, involves approximately 300 U.S. military personnel and 200 Guyana Defense Forces working together in order to enhance their collective ability to face common threats while strengthening their overall working relationship.
