A young child gets a better look at a U.S. 7th Fleet DVD that Chief Builder Christopher "Billy" Knox is handing out at the 63rd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Knox is the team leader of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, and they traveled from Naval Air Facility Misawa to Sapporo in order to represent the base during the festival, and to build their annual snow sculpture. This is the 29th year that Navy Misawa has taken part in the event.
