Petty Officer 2nd Class Alvin Zuilan, a native of San Diego, hands out U.S. 7th Fleet pamphlets during the 63rd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival here. Zuilan, and the other members of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, traveled from Naval Air Facility Misawa to represent the base during the festival. This year, they built a snow sculpture tribute to the the famous "Lone Sailor" statue. This is the 29th year that Navy Misawa has taken part in the event.
