Alan Walters, Agricultural Development for Afghanistan Pre-Deployment Training (ADAPT) instructor goes over a simple test that can help improve growth rates in Afghanistan, during ADAPT training at CSU Fresno on Jan. 25, 2012. Soldiers from the 401st Civil Affairs Battalion and Marines from the 3rd Civil Affairs Group have been learning methods to help improve Agriculture in Afghanistan prior to deployment.
