U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Anthony Johnson, 49th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department, rings the final bell in remembrance of former Oro Vista Fire Department fire chief Carmello Gonzalez, Jan. 5, 2012, during his remembrance ceremony at the Alamogordo Funeral Home. The ringing of the bell is a tradition to honor firefighters who have passed.
