    Sgt. Alicia L. Roseman, a Headquarters and Service Company electrician, receives a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from Capt. Jonathan Wagner, H&S Company executive officer, during a ceremony at Marine Barracks Washington, Dec. 29, 2011. Roseman earned the award for excelling and performing duties outside her daily responsibilities while at the Barracks. She also recently graduated Marine Drill Instructor School at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C. She's scheduled to report to Fourth Recruit Training Battalion later in January.
