Visitors tour the Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Ky., Sept. 11, 2011, as Ray Goings, vice commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1170 in Middletown, Ky., stands at parade rest. The memorial is a 3/4-scale replica of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington, D.C., and has been exhibited in more than 200 cities across the country since 1990.
