Heather French Henry, a former Miss America whose father is a disabled veteran, served as the mistress of ceremonies Sept. 11, 2011, during the closing ceremonies for the Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Ky. The memorial is a 3/4-scale replica of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington, D.C., and has been exhibited in more than 200 cities across the country since 1990.
