Staff Sgt. Jason Blackwell, A Company, 18th Airborne Corps, refills his coffee cup early morning on Lottery Day Dec. 9, at Green Ramp on Pope Air Force Base. Anxious paratroopers wait in long lines with a donated toy on lottery day for the the chance of earning foreign jump wings during Toy Drop. Hosted by U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), the 14th Annual Memorial Operation Toy Drop is the largest combined airborne operation in the world.
