The 351st Civil Affairs Command’s Family Readiness Support Assistant, Stacy Castellanos presents an award to a NASA representative for NASA’s generous support of the Bay Area Operation Toy Drop Dec. 10, 2011. A first for the Bay Area, Operation Toy Drop provides a venue to bring together military families to build support networks, while introducing them to the services provided by community partners that have military family interest at heart this year’s event hosted over 300 military families.
