Santa arrives to the Bay Area Operation Toy Drop, where a group of children from local military families eagerly await him Dec. 10, 2011. A first for the Bay Area, Operation Toy Drop provides a venue to bring together military families to build support networks, while introducing them to the services provided by community partners that have military family interest at heart this year’s event hosted over 300 military families.
