First Lt. Christopher Bingham of Sartell, Minn., a platoon leader from Delta “Drifter” Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 194th Armor, attempts to provide his Convoy Escort Team with good karma before a mission by inscribing motivating words on the Rhino of his Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle. Bingham, along with the rest of soldiers from 1-194 AR (CAB), are part of the Minnesota-based 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry “Red Bull” Division, currently deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn, the final stage in post-combat operations in Iraq.
