After two action-packed weeks of training with their Norwegian counterparts, troops of the Minnesota National Guard ended their stay at Camp Vaernes, Norway, and made their way back to the U.S. Lead: An idea that began with a simple handshake, the Norwegian Exchange is the longest running reciprocal training program of its kind.
