The MRAP was staged at the high school by Seabees from NMCB 3 as part of Oxnard High School’s Seabee Night, an event started by the high school to build and maintain a partnership between Oxnard High School and local NMCBs. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of U.S. Navy providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
