Seaman Scotty Hurula, builder constructionman, and Seaman Alexis Helmes, utilitiesman constructionman, of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 perform the pregame coin toss at a football game at Oxnard High School at Oxnard, Calif., Sept. 30. The Seabees were invited to attend the high schools football game as part of Seabee Night, an event started by the high school to build and maintain a partnership between Oxnard High School and NMCBs. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of U.S. Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
