Pfc. Ida Fleming slices a pork tenderloin into medallions for her entrée during the Top Cook competition at the Trailblazer Battalion Dining Facility on Joint Base-Lewis McChord, Wash., Sept. 16. She then seared the pork and served it with sliced potatoes and bell peppers. Fleming lost, but received positive feedback from the judges about her creativity and presentation.
