    Navy covers are lined up as selected chief petty officers prepare for a pinning ceremony in which they will be promoted. After promotion the new chiefs will wear a different cover. The anchors pinning ceremony marks the end of a six-week initiation period held at Camp Leatherneck, Helmand province, Sept. 16.
