Soldiers take a hike

The national and state colors lead unit guidons fluttering in the wind as Guardsmen finish up the memorial hike here, at Piestewa Peak Sept. 11, 2011. This event was held to remember Americans who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks and service members killed in action since the start of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
