A three-star flag flies outside of the new headquarters of the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command building on Monday, Aug. 1 at Fort Bragg, N.C. The ceremony marks the completion of the congressionally mandated 2005 Base Realignment and Closure action moving both FORSCOM and USARC headquarters from Fort McPherson in Atlanta. FORSCOM is under the command of a four-star general while the USARC is under the command of a three-star general.
