U.S. Army Forces Command Lt. Gen. Howard B. Bromberg, right, and Command Sgt. Maj. Roger Howard uncase the command's colors during the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command building dedication and flag uncasing ceremony on Monday, Aug. 1 at Fort Bragg, N.C. The ceremony marks the completion of the congressionally mandated 2005 Base Realignment and Closure action moving both FORSCOM and USARC headquarters from Fort McPherson in Atlanta.
