Soldiers from the 740th, Transportation Company of Milbank and Aberdeen, and the 153rd Engineer Battalion, Forward Support Company of Parkston work together to shore up a section of the levee by building a layer of sandbags on the sluffing area here June 24. The levee is sluffing due to the pressure put on it by the rising Missouri River.
