Multilateral non-lethal seminar begins in Thailand

U.S. Marines and sailors from Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan instruct foreign observers on the use of the M-203 Grenade Launcher during non-lethal techniques while in Chonburi, Thailand on June 8 during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar 2011. The seminar is designed to promote awareness of non-lethal weapon tactics in order to maintain low-intensity or civil unrest scenarios. This is a bilateral seminar that has been previously conducted with Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Fiji, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Tonga, the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
