Kiel Waltz, a native of Havelock, N.C. and member of the Special Operations Training Group at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, talks about the effectiveness of a taser to a group of foreign observers while in Chonburi, Thailand on June 8 during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar 2011. The seminar is designed to promote awareness of non-lethal weapon tactics in order to maintain low-intensity or civil unrest scenarios. This is a bilateral seminar that has been previously conducted with Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Fiji, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Tonga, the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
