Command Sgt. Maj. of the Army Reserve Michael Schultz addresses a group of Army Reserve soldiers at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., June 18, during a lull in training. Schultz addressed the concerns of soldiers while explaining some of the changes that the Army Reserve is undergoing. “The game has changed and we have to move forward,” he said. “We’ve got to start getting back to the basics.”
