Command Sgt. Maj. of the Army Reserve Michael Schultz addresses a group of Army Reserve soldiers at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., June 18. Schultz spoke at length on the changes the Army Reserve is undergoing and what will be expected of soldiers continuing to serve in the months and years to come. “What we’re going to try to do over the next couple of years is seize the opportunity to keep the best non-commissioned officers and soldiers in our ranks,” he said.
