Soldiers from the 1742nd Transportation Company of the South Dakota Army National guard prepare to haul a load of 20, 1-ton helibags filled with sand from the Helibase site at North Sioux City, S.D., June 5, using a M-915 truck. The Sioux Falls-based Soldiers are delivering helibags to various locations along the primary levee being constructed at Dakota Dunes. This levee is slated to be 1,100 feet above sea level when completed.
